Attorney General Richard Bluemental and American Senetor Chris DoddChris Dodd stated that the consumers who fulfilled the creditcard loan should not be directed to the last year rate boost up rise.The new act of credit card which will be implemented from 22nd feb 2010 will limit all the creditcard companies capability to rise up the rates.According to Richard Bluemental from the way back Jan 2009, the creditcard companies raised the fees about thirty percent.
The 63 year old Richard Bluemental who was Connecticut's attorney general from the year 1990 said that this points should be viewed again by the Federal Reserve Ben BernankeBen Bernanke to see the matter.Richard Bluemental actually send a Letter also to Ben Bernanke requesting him to try to reduce the interest rate to the normal rate for the creditcard Holders.
