A girl named Jaycee Lee Dugard reportedly missing from 1991,in the month of june from the bus stop in south Lake Tahoe.Jaycee Lee Dugard was thought to be kidnapped If Jaycee Lee Dugard been alive she would be 29 years old till date.
The concord police told the media that a woman claiming her to be Jaycee Lee dugard, The FBI has not cleared the incident to be true .Now the question is why the Police is not doing the DNA test to confirm the fact that the woman is really Jaycee Lee dugard or not .
