Talibany Suicide bomber killed the afghanistan Deputy Chief of intelligence during his visit to a mosque.Total of 23 persons reported killed in the act.The bombing happens in the heart of the intelligence bureau.The bomb explosion occurs in the crowded laghman area when the all officials are leaving from the main mosque in Mehterlam which is about 60 miles east from Kabul.
A suicide bomber targeted the deputy cheif of Afghanistan National directorate for security,Abdullah Laghmani.The spokesman of Laghman's governer said that Abdullah is no more now.This act now could further increase the ethnic tension as the country is headed towards the result counting of Presedential election held on 20th August.
