The walt disney company announced that they are buying the Marvel entertainment for $4 billion.Now the famous characters like Spider man and Iron man will come under the Disney family.
After buying the Marvel Entertainmant , about 5000 characters will come under the Walt Disney Family.Disney told that per share will cost $30 and 0.745 disney shares will be provided for every marvel share own.The transcation been approved by both the boards, just the approval procedure is going on.
