Salmon Gravadlax- A wonderful Fish recipe

Salmon is a fish , so the recipe here I am talking is a non veg recipe --

The ingredients needed -- Whole fillet of salmon with skin on,two sliced oranges and two bunches of dill finely chopped,A tablespoon of roughly grounded Schezwan pepper and star anise, sea salt and sugar to taste.

Method of preparation --Scale and wash out the fillets of salmon first.Mixing of all the curing ingredients together first in a mixing plate.Make a bed of half the curing mixture in a tray, then arrange all the Salmon fillets with the skin side down the bed.

Sprinkle the dill which been chopped previously and arrange the ornage slices over the fillets.Cover the salmon evenly with remaining curing mixture.Refregerate the filler for 48 hours.Serve it sliced thinly with honey, dill and mustard dressing.
